What will happen once clicked:

1. A small program will start downloading
2. Your PC should prompt you to trust and open this app.
3. If nothing happens, go to your [downloads] folder and double-click the app names "splashtop..."
4. Depending on your PC & your internet connection this could take 30sec - 2 minutes.
5. Once completed you will see the app open up and display 9 digits.
6. Contact Solid and read out this number.
7. Solid will log on and assist
